MB18 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

1 Member Eligibility

The mb18 platform may only be used by individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• At least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Be a valid Malaysian citizen or permanent resident.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not listed as a person prohibited from gambling activities under any applicable Malaysian law.
• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity.

MB18 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm member eligibility. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other reasonable supporting documents.

2 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) mb18 account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

During the mb18 registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad.
• Accurate date of birth.
• A valid, active Malaysian phone number.
• A valid and accessible email address.
• A Malaysian bank account number registered in your own name (for withdrawal purposes).

Any inaccurate or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed. MB18 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from false information provided by the user.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

MB18 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited for players in Malaysia:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks

The transaction limits applicable on the mb18 platform are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal: RM50,000 per day (subject to account review).

All deposits into your mb18 account must be made from an account registered in your own name. MB18 does not accept third-party deposits. Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account or e-wallet that has been registered and verified under the same member's name.

Withdrawal processing times on mb18 are as follows:

• E-wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): Under 30 minutes.
• DuitNow & FPX: 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• Standard bank transfer: 1 to 3 business days (if additional verification is required).

4 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the mb18 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Minimum stake for sports betting: RM10 per bet.
• Maximum bet: Varies by sport, league, and market. Maximum limits are displayed on the mb18 betting interface.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• All betting decisions made by mb18 are final and binding.
• MB18 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed based on incorrect information, technical errors, or exceptional circumstances.

For football betting, mb18 follows FIFA rules and those of the relevant football associations. Bet outcomes are based on the final score of the official match unless otherwise stated. Available leagues include the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, and the Champions League.

For badminton betting, mb18 follows BWF (Badminton World Federation) rules. Tournaments covered include the Malaysia Open, All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, and BWF World Championships.

5 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by mb18 are subject to specific terms set for each offer. The general conditions that apply to all mb18 promotions are:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members who meet the criteria stated in each promotion.
• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• The wagering requirement (rollover) must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.
• MB18 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account closure.

The wagering requirement for the mb18 welcome bonus is 10x of the bonus amount received. For example, if you receive a RM100 bonus, you must place bets totalling RM1,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your mb18 account login credentials. MB18 recommends the following security measures:

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your mb18 account security settings.
• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone, including mb18 customer support representatives.
• Log out of your mb18 account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Contact the mb18 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

MB18 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep your login credentials secure.

7 Responsible Gaming

MB18 is committed to responsible gaming practices and the well-being of all our members. The mb18 platform provides the following self-control tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on your financial means.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount for each wager.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit that you are comfortable with.
• Temporary Break: Suspend your mb18 account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your mb18 account if you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the mb18 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, images, software code, and databases — is the exclusive property of MB18 or its respective licensors.

• Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or using any mb18 content without prior written consent.
• Using the mb18 brand name for commercial purposes without authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Any attempt to reverse engineer mb18's software or systems is strictly prohibited.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

MB18 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Use of multiple accounts or bonus abuse.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operations of the mb18 platform.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards mb18 support staff.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If fraud or a serious breach is established, the balance may be forfeited in full.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their mb18 account may do so by contacting the customer support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.

10 Liability Limit

MB18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled system maintenance or technical emergencies.
• Betting outcomes resulting from incorrect information entered by the user.
• Financial losses resulting from betting activity on the mb18 platform.
• Internet connectivity issues or service disruptions on the user's telecommunications provider's end.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.

11 Amendment of Terms & Conditions

MB18 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, based on operational needs, regulatory changes, or mb18 platform policies.

When a material amendment is made, mb18 will notify members via:

• A pop-up notice on the mb18 platform's main page.
• Email to the address registered on the member's account.
• In-app notification or SMS alert.

Continued use of the mb18 platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered acceptance of the latest version of the Terms & Conditions. It is the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
